Dreams could provide ideas or clues as to how to bring more abundance to your life, problem solving and also provide warnings of what not to do as well. We all need a good night sleep, waking up tired and exhausted is not good for anyone, if you are already stressed about something prior to go to bed and then do not have a good night sleep because you’re worried and tossing and turning all night. Then you will not be allowing your mind to find solutions for you. To get you into a calm peaceful state prior to going to bed, try Chamomile tea before bed it can be helpful to relax you.
I have seen another tea at the supermarket called sleepy time tea.
Everybody dreams every night, you just might not be experiencing dream recall. There are ways to help you remember, I personally have an herb sachet under my pillow and a bowl of herbs under my bed you can have either or but I have both. My herb mix is a mix of rose petals, clove, lavender, lemongrass, patchouli leaves, mugwort, sandalwood, peppermint, and asparagus racemosus. That is my herbs, but I believe that some herb shops sell their own lucid dream herb mix that you can purchase. There are also some supplements that help with dream recall as well.
There actually is a supplement called Dream Leaf – it states that it helps to activate the neurotransmitters that are involved in lucid dreams.
Frankincense helps with lucid dreams as well and it is available in many varieties, essential oils, incense, and soaps.
If you want to try the herb mix it can be placed under your pillow, or inside your pillow slip to enhance your dreams and assist with dream recall, believe me, it works. I have literally heard from hundreds of people saying within a very short period of time and the average is within two weeks, they are having results remembering their dreams. Some are astonished at how real their dreams are and awaken a little dazed when they open their eyes. It’s a good idea to write your dreams down in the morning when you remember them if the dream comes to you later in the day write it down or place the details in your phone in a memo.
There are numerous dream interpretation books published but the best way to find out what your dreams mean is to establish your own dream journal/dictionary book. We are all different and everybody has different symbols, you can collate your symbols and establish your own dream dictionary. The best way to start this would be to buy a book to use as a journal, start a dream journal at the front of the book you would diarise your dreams, at the back of the book start your symbols dictionary. Until you have your dream dictionary just peruse the dream dictionarys that are available and use your intuition to see how the interpretations sit with your dream.
Just to let you know we have the Gateway Dreaming Course as well if you are interested.
