Don't shoot! This week's Girl Crush may come as a bit of a surprise seeing as I've talked about how much I hate this girl before. Well times change, people grow up and become less annoying and I discovered a little show called Hannah Montana. This weeks Girl Crush is the very grown up 17 year old, Disney princess, so called singer/songwriter Miley Cyrus. I know, I know, I've talked about how much I didn't like her before... but I'm now obsessed. I have a series of recordings set up to tape Hannah Montana whenever it comes on tv. I've watched Hannah Montana: the Movie more times than I should really admit. I'm also super excited to see The Last Song, which comes out March 31st in theatres (I will be reading the Nicholas Sparks book next week when it comes out in mass market paperback size). And if you see me walking down the street with headphones in I'm most likely listening to the Best of Both Worlds. Sure she's a bit too "grown up" but that's just what happens when you start out in the business when you are a small child. It also doesn't help when your father is famous because of his Achy Breaky Heart. Damn that is such a catchy song. She's richer than you and me and your neighbours combined and it's all thanks to Hannah Montana. I don't really have much else to say about her because I didn't look into any biographies but I do know she's currently dating a smokin hot Aussie boy named Liam Hemsworth (who now that I've looked at his IMDb page was born in 1990 is off limits). Surprise, surprise was her love interest in The Last Song. Also, her name is actually Destiny Hope Cyrus but because she was always smiling when she was little people called her Smiley Miley... and Miley stuck.

BAH! I love miley cyrus! I was home sick for a few days and I ordered Hannah Montana on demand! It was sooo cute. And then I made K buy me the dvd. haha
she gets so much shit for things she does... um excuse me who asked her to be a role model and when did she say yes? i hate how ppl put celebs up on a pedestal and then expect them to be perfect for their kids. I hate people.
Good pick Trace!
