Mother's should be celebrated all year around. Not just one day of the year. My Mom is truly the best person I know and probably ever will know in my lifetime. I think she got that from her mother, my Bamma, she was also a great person and I wish I could have had more time with her. I call my Mom, Mama Bear because that's exactly what she is. She's very protective of our family and will rip into anyone who dares to hurt us. I will admit when I was younger, like any other child, I didn't appreciate everything she did. But now I know she does and will do everything in her power to make us all happy. I love her and make a point of telling her that every time I talk with her. When we text (yes, my mother and I text each other) we say LYB- love you bye, well and when we are on the phone we just say "loveyoubye" as one word.

When girls don't have a good relationship with their mothers, for whatever the reason, I can't begin to imagine how they must feel. My three ladies are an example of this (girls I'm not meaning any of that in a bad way- you all know that) I cannot possibly begin to comprehend how they feel, some have better relationships with their fathers and some don't get a long with their parents much at all. I wish more than anything I could share my love for my mother with any one who doesn't know how it feels.
