She got knocked up after a one night stand with Seth Rogan in Knocked Up and she's been a bridesmaid 27 times. This weeks Girl Crush is the beautifully statuesque Katherine Heigl. Born in Washington, DC in 1978 this golden haired girl began modeling as a child and then got her first commercial a national ad for Cheerios when she was nine. She would later get the role as Isobel Evans in the sci-fi show Roswell. After the show was cancelled in 2002, Katherine went on to have small roles in random movies and tv shows. It wasn't until she got the role as Isobel Stevens in Grey's Anatomy did she become a household name. Knocked Up and 27 Dresses are my favourite movies of hers- well of course I love her in Grey's Anatomy as well. I cried along with her when Denny died and freaked out with her when she drunkenly slept with a married George. Now Izzie has a type of cancer with a 5% survival rate and no one knows if she'll live or die. There has been talk that Katherine doesn't want to continue with Grey's but nothing has been made fact yet. On July 29th her new movie, The Ugly Truth, which she stars next to Gerard Butler comes out. It looks cute but.. I don't know yet, he bothers me. I think she's adorable though except that her teeth bother me. Every time she talks or smiles or something I just see these weird looking teeth.

OMG bahahah her teeth!! I AGREEEEE she looks like she has alien teeth! or Pirana teeth. But still I like her. i hope she doesnt die, buta t the same time Izzy is sooo needy and wierd and her and alex gross me out. BIG TIME. But I love this:)

Like 10 years ago my sister was friends with this girl who said her sister (or friend, I forget) was an actress (I think that was the story), and that her name was Lexy..anyway she sent her all these pictures with little stories behind them like "I took this when she was mad", stuff like that, and she'd talk about her and stuff...anyway, one day my cousins are over and my sister asks them if they've seen this girl around school, since she was told this Lexy girl went to their high school. They see the picture and my cousin is like "We don't have doors like that at our school"...and then my other cousin says "That's Katherine Heigl. She's an actress". All the pictures with the made up stories were just screencaps and promo pictures and shit. This girl made up this fantasy relative named Lexy, using pictures of Katherine Heigl. Anyway, my sister stopped talking to her after that. lol. Who does that?! Crazy.

I love your "girl crush of the week" section of your blog. However I'm not a huge katherine heigl fan. i did like her in 27 dresses, i thought she looked better with brown hair than blonde, and she's a chain-smoker which kind of bugs me for girls (but its sexy in guys, ie. rpattz.. lol oh the double standards!) All your other girl crushes I've agreed with though :)
