This quote is why I chose this girl. I know exactly how she feels, though, she's 5 '10" and I'm only 5' 7"- I still know what it's like to feel "large". She plays Serena van der Woodsen on the hugely popular tv show Gossip Girls, has an adorable boyfriend and she's also in one of my favourite movies ever. This week's Girl Crush is a beautiful blonde named Blake Lively.

Blake was literally destined to become a star- her father, Ernie Lively (who played her father in the Travelling Pants series) is an actor. Her mother, Elaine Lively is a talent manager and her four siblings are also actors. She was class president and a cheerleader at her high school and didn't get her first real job until she auditioned for the role as Brigit in The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants movie. She can currently be seen on The CW's Gossip Girls alongside her real life boyfriend Penn Badgley, who Brenny crowned her Magnet for last week. Though her voice kind of annoys me, I still adore her. She's got amazing style- on and off the show. Her little dog is too cute for words and I'd kill for legs like hers.
